As a Senior Designer working within the R&D (Research & Development) team, my role is both strategic and hands-on. I primarily focus on enhancing internal design processes, exploring new platform capabilities, and supporting frontend tasks when needed.

I have access to main platform accounts, which are critical to our operations. These accounts must be used with extreme caution, as any misstep—such as violating login protocols or triggering security flags—could lead to account suspension or blocking. Understanding platform limitations, respecting IP/location guidelines, and following secure access procedures are vital parts of my responsibility.

In addition to internal work, I occasionally assist with client-facing projects, particularly when a design solution is required. I collaborate with the frontend team to provide support, suggestions, or fixes when they encounter design or UI-related challenges.

A significant part of my R&D role involves staying up to date with platform updates, especially for tools like Wix Studio, Framer, and others we actively use. This includes more than just monitoring official release notes—I also explore trends and feature previews shared through Discord communities, Instagram, LinkedIn, and similar platforms where designers and developers exchange insights. These sources often provide early warnings or hidden tips that help us stay ahead in design and usability.

The purpose of this documentation is to help new designers or collaborators understand the responsibilities, tools, and expectations of this role—so we can build scalable, creative solutions while maintaining platform integrity and design excellence.
